Hi! I'm Tara, welcome to my website! I'm a young artist, propelling my creative journey in Graphic Design and Photography! I have been able to gain an experimental portfolio throughout my courses of GCSE Art (A*), A Level Photography (A*), A Level Graphic Design (A*), A Level Media Studies (B) and a Level 4 Foundation Art Diploma and currently, a degree in Fashion Graphics at SSU.

Identity has always inspired me. Exploring different music, interests, fashion in order to construct our own. Being a young artist allowed me to make decisions expressing identity. I challenge normality in my practice to shock society and stand up for myself. I'm propelled by observing how music can have an impact and expressing ourselves through masks: makeup or clothing. Recently, exploring the topic of animal testing, I swapped identities with animals to understand other beings in the world, rather than humans. Furthermore, I am keen to express identity through music, art, style and fashion and present ideas from other perspectives, listening to those without voices. Mainly digital, I find myself developing an experimental style. Fusing illustration and photography, creating bold graphics statements in relation to identity concepts whether it be music, fashion or animal rights. Previously, I used Photoshop to alter imagery and composition. Recently, I have started practical techniques; fusing them with current skills.
